Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

After your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

If we experience high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays.


Inventory & Dropshipping Notice

We operate using a combination of:

  • In-house inventory (shipped directly from our warehouse), and

  • Trusted supplier partners (dropshipping)

Because of this:

  • Some items may ship separately.

  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the product and warehouse location.


Shipping Time Estimates

In-Stock (Warehouse) Items

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (domestic)

Dropshipped Items

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days

  • Delivery Time: 7–25 business days (depending on destination)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak seasons.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We may offer:

  • Free shipping on orders over 50 Dollar

  • Flat-rate shipping

  • Express shipping options (if available)


International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations.

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Additional carrier fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
